Nic Morris, managing director and co-founder at West Property Fund, has had a significant career in real estate and investment banking. Nic has previously been CEO of two property businesses including the JSE listed REIT, Texton Property Fund. Nic has worked for Morgan Stanley in London and was the head of Real Estate Advisory at Rand Merchant Bank. His other real estate interests include an investment in residential developer SomResi Properties, the Echelon Property Group and the Milkwood Property Group, which own multiple logistics and industrial assets within South Africa and the United Kingdom.

Chantal Emmett is an accomplished financial director at West Property Fund, bringing over 15 years of audit, finance, and accounting experience from both the United Kingdom and South Africa. As a qualified chartered accountant, Chantal combines deep industry knowledge with a strategic approach to financial management, ensuring sustainable growth and operational efficiency within the property sector. Chantal’s expertise includes financial reporting, tax, treasury, and compliance, all of which she honed while leading the group finance function for a prominent student accommodation business prior to joining West. In October 2021, she transitioned to West Property Fund, where she leverages her background to drive financial strategy, optimize revenue, and strengthen financial processes. Her commitment to building strong financial teams with robust internal controls and processes contributes significantly to West's stability and growth. Jane-Marie Booysen, is a seasoned property accountant turned property manager at West Property Fund. Jane brings a unique combination of financial expertise and property management skills to ensure operational efficiency and financial health for property portfolios. With years of experience in property accounting, Jane offers a strategic perspective on budgeting, financial reporting, and revenue optimization, while delivering effective property management solutions that enhance tenant satisfaction and property value. Jane began her property career as a financial manager at Ni-Da Properties before transitioning to Broll Property Group.
